| Happy Anniversary to the "Greens of Manatee". On My 28, 2020, we will celebrate our ten year anniversary. Thanks to all Charter Members who helped us buy this Golf Course. Our loan with Centennial Bank runs out in 2021 and the Board has introduced a new program to reduce our debt. It's called a "PREFERRED MEMBERSHIP" and it is designed to pay our mortgage down and get us out of debt. The Membership is $5,000, has some exciting benefits, and all Preferred membership money collected will be paid on the principle of our loan. More details are available at the clubhouse. Congratulations to all for what you've done and for your continued support. |

| With the new "Tiff Grand" greens on all 18 Greens and the putting Green, the Golf course is in excellent condition as we look ahead to the winter months. The course went from a drought condition in April to coastal flooding in May and August was a complete wash out with 26 days closed. The course is manicured to perfection, thanks to our superintendent Philip, his crew and to all the employees and volunteers for the great job. |

Please stop in the pro shop or call to schedule an appointment. *We have two Saturday shotgun scrambles each month during season Sign up sheets are in the clubhouse. We will also try a summer scramble once a month after April so keep an eye on our Facebook page for details. |
